Ready to feel secure and confident in your own skin?

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Georgia. I work with women who have ongoing challenges with depression and anxiety. My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and depressed and start encouraging you to seek healing and transformation.

I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve been been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help

If you are looking to:

– Stop being so hard on yourself

– Give up people pleasing

– And live authentically

…Then let’s chat!

How We Work

Our Sessions Are Focused On You

Sessions will provide you with the space to be understood and heard. In feeling safe and comfortable, you’ll be able to gain clarity and be in touch with yourself.

It’s important to me to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and ensure that the process is collaborative. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to Therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

My Mission

As A Therapist, I Embrace The Following Philosophies

I believe that you are worthy of love and care

I believe that there is no shame in asking for help

I believe that you can feel safe and free in your relationship

I believe that you are strong enough to be present with what you may be going through

I believe that Brene Brown was right when she said, “Owning your story is the bravest thing you’ll ever do”

Professional Background

As there is no single approach to fit every individual I am trained in several different settings and backgrounds to bring a holistic approach to the therapy room. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine. Outside of the therapy room, Deidre enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Bring peace and harmony back into your home.

Being a Therapist is an honor. I love guiding people towards positive changes and seeing them finally getting the life they desire. The most rewarding thing about being a Therapist is seeing a person walk away lighter, more free, and excited about their life.

I am committed to encouraging you to see healing and transformation.
